Biomass Engineering & Equipment is pleased to announce the addition of Mr. Jonathan Wokatsch and Mr. Kirk Oden. Jonathan and Kirk bring with them decades of experience and proven excellence in industrial management.
Jonathan Wokatsch comes to us with 24 years’ experience in wood manufacturing industries including veneer, plywood, hardwood floors, and converting. With a background in plant management, he understands what it takes to run a mill from infeed to final product, from supplier to customer.
“I’m excited to transfer what I’ve learned into a new venture,” Jonathan said. “Manufacturing is not easy, but it’s a new challenge,” he said. And challenge is something he looks forward to.
Kirk Oden boasts more than a decade of experience managing engineering projects for sawmills. Having also worked as a plant manager, he understands challenges from the customers’ point of view, and he’s committed to providing the best solutions.
“I really enjoy working with clients so they can fix their issues and have a more efficient process,” Kirk said. “I’m really impressed with the build quality and simplicity of our conveyors,” he said regarding SMART Conveyors™ from Biomass Engineering & Equipment, a division of Veneer Services®. “I’m excited for the product and for helping clients.”
